FAQ
FAQ
How do I book a ski course?
Bookings can be made online using our contact form or by telephone. We recommend booking early, especially during the high season.
What should I bring to the ski course?
Please bring your complete ski equipment (skis, poles, helmet, ski boots), weather-appropriate clothing and ski pass. Ski equipment can be rented on site from our partners.
Do I need a ski pass for the course?
Yes, a valid ski pass is required for all courses (except beginners in the beginners area).
From what age can children attend ski lessons?
Our children’s ski courses start from 3 years of age. For the little ones, we offer special programmes with playful learning in the snow.
In which languages are the courses held?
Our ski instructors speak German, Italian and English.
How long does a lesson last?
Individual lessons last 55 minutes. Group courses usually last 2–3 hours. Details depend on the booking.
What happens in bad weather?
Courses take place in all weather conditions. In the event of extreme weather conditions or official closures, we will inform you individually.
Can I cancel my booked course?
Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the course. A cancellation fee may apply for cancellations at short notice (see Terms and Conditions).
Do you also offer private lessons or race training?
Yes! Our private lessons offer individual attention – ideal for fast learning. For ambitious skiers, we offer race training with an FIS Masters World Champion.
Are there also day trips or ski guiding?
Yes, we offer guided day tours, e.g. Sellaronda, Giro della Grande Guerra or Kronplatz Tour. You can find more information under Ski Guiding.
How do I recognise my ski instructor at the meeting point?
Our ski instructors wear marked ski school clothing with a logo. The exact meeting point will be specified when you book.
What happens if I am late for the course?
Please inform us by telephone if you are running late. As a rule, missed time cannot be made up or refunded.
Can parents attend or watch the course?
With children, it is often better for parents to keep their distance – this makes learning easier. Of course, it is possible to stay nearby.
Can I join a group course later on?
In principle, yes, if there is a place available and the level is suitable. The price will be adjusted accordingly.
Do courses also take place on public holidays?
Yes, our ski school is open throughout the winter season, including public holidays.
What if my child does not want to ski or cries?
Our instructors are trained in dealing with children. If necessary, we will contact you. Pressure is avoided – enjoyment is the priority.
Can I change instructors if I am dissatisfied?
If you are not satisfied with the lessons, please contact us directly – we will find a solution together.
Who is liable in the event of an accident?
Participation in ski lessons is at your own risk. Valid liability and accident insurance is required (see Terms and Conditions and Data Protection).
What levels are there in group lessons?
We offer all levels – from absolute beginners to advanced skiers. Participants are divided into groups according to age, experience and skiing ability.
